To make the competitors an active part of the project, the number of cars competing has been limited to 30, flanked by a further 8 cars which will host reference experts on the macro-themes addressed.<br/><br/>During stops along the route, the experts will meet local institutions and examples of Best Practice, encouraging exchanges and sharing experiences.
