Deep snow tryout for a Kitfox clone aka Raven.nnDave's Farm - more fun on Skis on a airplanennWHOOHHHHHOOOOnnWhat a a blastnnnPart 2nnJohn had built this Kitfox clone calleda Raven about 20 years ago and have 2 decades of flying on Wheels. Well that changed TODAY . We took a set of old Skis from Derek' s Beaver RX 550 and made them fit the Raven. We had to weld some 4130 chrome moly together to make an axle and sleeved it with a smaller 4130 inside for strength. 3/4
