![The most stressful time of day is 8.15am, according to a study. <br/><br/>A poll, of 2,000 adult, found 35 per cent experience stress during the first part of the day, with the prospect of the working day ahead, struggling to leave the house on time, and oversleeping the most common early morning challenges. <br/><br/>Coping with the school run, looking for lost house keys, and figuring out what to wear are common anxieties too. <br/><br/>As are dealing with the unpredictability of kids’ emotions - in addition to both feeding and dressing them and making packed lunches. <br/><br/>And at a time of the day when every second matters, those polled typically lose 20 minutes and 28 seconds to morning trials and tribulations. <br/><br/>Following the findings, revealed as part of Onken's ‘Feed Your Inner Happiness’ campaign, Paddy McGuinness has shared his tongue-in-cheek time-saving tips [https://onken.co.uk/happiness-hub/]. <br/><br/>Pointers include how to get the kids to do housework without them realising, how to stop them bickering, and how to help them with their homework when you’re stuck. <br/><br/>The TV funnyman said: “Follow my foolproof tips and you’ll be ready to tackle life’s curveballs - while still having time for yourself. <br/><br/>“Trust me, in my whirlwind of a schedule, I know just how precious those joy-filled moments can be.” <br/><br/>The study also found 51 per cent adults feel there’s ‘never’ enough time in the day to get things done. <br/><br/>While 51 per cent are ‘often overwhelmed’, with 47 per cent claiming to be busier now than ever before. <br/><br/>This might explain why 35 per cent ‘don’t know’ how to find time to do things which make them happy, and why 37 per cent have ‘forgotten’ how to make time for themselves. <br/><br/>It also emerged those polled aren’t enjoying as many as moments of happiness as they ‘need’. <br/><br/>According to the research, the typical adult ‘needs’ 27 moments of happiness a week - _motorist-spots-39panther-like39-big-cat-in-a-field.webp "A motorist was stunned after spotting a 'panther-like' big cat in a field - then finding its prints.<br/><br/>Geoff Thompson, 37, had pulled over in a layby on a country lane between Great Witley and Martley in Worcestershire.<br/><br/>The YouTuber and classic car enthusiast stopped to take photographs of his beloved classic Renault 10 - when he noticed something strange in the distance.<br/><br/>He then spotted a large feline shape lurking in the field behind the car on April 14 - and then investigated and found its prints.<br/><br/>Geoff, of Worcester, said: “I just went out for a sunny drive - I noticed it as I started photographing my car. I think it was a panther.” <br/><br/>In the 24 second video, filmed on his mobile phone, he can be heard exclaiming, “What the heck is that animal?!”<br/><br/>Geoff, who runs the popular YouTube channel Geoff Buys Cars, attempted to track the animal and record evidence of its tracks.<br/><br/>He said: “I saw this mystery animal so I'm going to take a stroll down this field and see how much mud there is at the bottom. <br/><br/>\")
