With Romualdez was Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo who joined the service fair for the first time since its launch in September 2023. The event was held at the Tagum City Sports and Cultural Complex in Davao del Norte. Davao is a known bailiwick of the Dutertes, led by former president Rodrigo Duterte, who was the first Philippine leader to be elected from the province.
