I created the 3D animation work for the new CALEY 123 exhibit at the GLASGOW RIVERSIDE MUSEUM. The video tells the story of how workers on the Clydeside built the engine in a record 66 days. When in service, no 123 worked on the Carlisle to Edinburgh section of the West Coast route. The West Coast and East Coast trains were in constant competition to reduce travelling times from London to Scotland, and this became known as the “Great Race North”.
