Description: If you can’t move, you can’t box, and if you can’t protect yourself ... Boxing is going to hurt. Just because you’re hands are up, doesn’t mean you are defending yourself. The turtle shell position is not a defense, it’s just the best stance to block or throw a punch. Performing a defensive move is as important as throwing a punch. There are only three ways to defend yourself against a punch: Catch or Block with your Hands, Slip or Roll with your Head, or Move with your Feet. nnLet
