Nikos Chatzitheodorakis joins the team as Restaurant Manager.<br/>Lan y Môr, or “by the sea” in English, signals the start of a new era for the restaurant. Guests will enjoy honest plates of food with friends and family in a relaxed and welcoming setting — all against the backdrop of the Coppet Hall Beach. The Seren team hopes this informal style of dining will make the restaurant more appealing to a wider cross-section of its local community, and visitors to Pembrokeshire alike.<br/>Hywel and Gerwyn have crafted a menu full of Welsh flavour and local ingredients, ready for guests to enjoy with their loved ones, old and young. At Lan y Môr, guests can dip into starters, share a selection of small plates or dive straight into the mains. <br/>All the food comes from land, sea or pasture, sourced sustainably, and prepared with real care, passion and expertise. Alongside main dishes, the menu includes snacks, small plates and sides.
